Global July 2023
The results of the nexIK project were presented in a dedicated session at the Global July 2023 event in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
The Global July is a yearly event hosted by the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The event program offers a set of interdisciplinary courses, free of charge, taught by UFJF faculty and faculty from partner universities around the world. In the 2023 edition, the nexIK team organized and delivered a session devoted to Exploring interactions between Humans, Water, Energy and Food in Industrial Kitchens. This session was part of a general course on The Consumers’ Role in the Energy Transition, that was hosted by Prof. Bruno Dias (UFJF), and the nexIK Co-PI Prof. Hugo Morais.
